Noble Hops is Tucson's original gastropub, serving an ever-changing menu of craft beer and fine fare. Tucson natives and brothers, Aric Mussman and Joshua Mussman, combined their love of hand-crafted food and beer for their third Tucson-area restaurant, Noble Hops, in Spring 2011. Noble Hops is located at the Southeast corner of Lambert and La Canada in Oro Valley.
Vero Amore - meaning "True Love" in Italian - is the perfect name for our Italian restaurants. After falling in love with the "perfect pizza" in Italy, we brought authentic Neapolitan pizza to Southern Arizona.
Our fresh pizza dough is delicately hand pressed and then wood fired in the 800+ degree wood burning pizza oven. Rich pizza sauce is made exclusively from San Marzano tomatoes grown on the volcanic plains near Mount Vesuvius. Like our dough and sauce, Mozzarella is made fresh every day and our pizza toppings are the best available.
A curated wine list complements our fresh pizzas, pastas, panini and salads. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free dishes are always available
